Champagne Flip

Ingredients

• 0.56 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 2 - 3 dash orange syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz cream
• 1/4 oz sugar syrup
• 1 egg yolk
• 4 oz sparkling white grape juiceswapped
• 1 pinch nutmeg

Directions

   Shake apple juice + splash of vanilla, cointreau, cream, sugar syrup and egg yolk over ice cubes in a shaker

   Strain into a sparkling white grape juice flute, and carefully fill with sparkling white grape juice

   Sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve.
