Billy Bishop (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1 1/2 oz cointreau orange liqueur
• 1 strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
• 5 - 6 oz orange juice

Directions

1. 1

   Fill an old-fashioned glass 2/3 full with ice

   Pour in the English gin and Cointreau

3. 3

   Put a splash of rye whiskey on top

4. 4

   Finish by filling the glass with orange juice.
