Big Chill #2

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/4 oz coffee syrupswapped
• 4 oz cold coffee
• 1 oz cream
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 oz vanilla ice cream

Directions

   Pour the pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup, Kahlua, coffee, cream and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a highball glass 2/3 filled with ice cubes

   Top with vanilla ice cream, and serve.
