Betty Paige (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz white grape juice + herbsswapped
• 1 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1 tsp cherry liqueur
• 1 cherry

Directions

   Mix the tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract and vermouth like you would a normal martini

   Pour into cocktail glass and add cherry liqueur

   Garnish with cherry.
