Apple Brandy Cooler

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 4 oz apple juice
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp sugar syrup

Directions

   Shake all ingredients (except pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup) with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker

   Pour into a chilled collins glass

   Float the pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup on top

   Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.
