Apple a la Mode

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 2 oz apple juice
• 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream

   Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice

   Serve in a double cocktail glass with a sprig of mint.
