Apollo 13 (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 2 oz fresh cream
• 1/2 oz grand marnier orange liqueur
• 1/2 oz galliano herbal liqueur
• 1 dash grenadine syrup

Directions

   Pour the coconut water, cream, Grand Marnier, Galliano and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice

   Shake well

   Strain into a 5 oz champagne saucer or glass

   Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
