Apollo 13

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 2 oz fresh cream
• 1/4 oz orange juice concentrate splash + drop of vanillaswapped
• 1/4 oz vanilla syrup + drop of anise extractswapped
• 1 dash grenadine syrup

Directions

   Pour the pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup, cream, Grand Marnier, Galliano and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice

   Shake well

   Strain into a 5 oz champagne saucer or glass

   Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
