Shetty Classic

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz anise (licorice) syrupswapped
• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped

Directions

   Pour Ricard, Bacardi rum and white grape juice + squeeze of lime into a bowl filled with sugar

   Set on fire (use extreme caution) and let the sugar dissolve

   Allow the drink to cool, and serve in a cocktail glass.
