Pineapple Julep
🥃 Served in a highball glass

Ingredients
- 4 fresh mint sprigs
- 3 ripe pineapple wedges
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1.5 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
Directions

Muddle the leaves from two sprigs of mint, with the pineapple wedges and simply syrup, in a mixing glass

Add bourbon and ice, and shake well
- 3
Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice, and stir well until frosted
- 4
Garnish with two further mint sprigs, and serve.
