Pineapple Island

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp pineapple chunks
• 2 tbsp coconut ice cream

Directions

   Blend with half a glassful of crushed ice until smooth

   Pour into a collins glass garnished with a slice of pineapple

   Serve with straws.
