Melon Island

Ingredients

• 1 white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 0.17 oz banana syrup + drop of green food coloringswapped
• 0.17 oz passion-fruit syrupswapped
• 2/3 oz vanilla ice cream
• 3 1/3 oz pineapple juice

Directions

   Combine the vodka, pisang ambon, passion-fruit syrup, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker

   Shake well

   Pour into a highball glass

   Garnish with a pineapple wedge, slice of lemon and mint sprig, and serve.
