Ingredients
- 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 1/4 oz almond (orgeat) syrupswapped
- 1/2 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz half-and-half
Directions

Pour the rum, amaretto, coconut cream, pineapple juice and half-and-half into a blender with 6 ice cubes

Blend well and pour into a collins glass
- 3
Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz light rum→pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup
- →amaretto almond liqueur→almond (orgeat) syrup
