Ingredients
- 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 0.56 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
- 1/8 oz blackcurrant syrupswapped
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz coconut cream
- 3/4 oz cream
Directions

Shake over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice

Add pineapple chunks, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz white rum→pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup
- →cognac→apple juice + splash of vanilla
- →creme de cassis→blackcurrant syrup
