Ingredients

• 2 oz sweet and sour mix
• 3/4 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1 slice lemon

Directions

   Pour apple juice + splash of vanilla and sweet and sour mix into a collins glass over ice cubes and stir well

   Fill with chilled champagne and stir lightly

   Add the slice of lemon and serve.
