Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/8 oz coffee syrupswapped
• 1 oz light cream
• 4 oz cold coffee

   Pour all of the ingredients into an Irish coffee glass filled with crushed ice
