Cat and Fiddle (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
• 1/2 oz cointreau orange liqueur
• 1 tsp pernod licorice liqueur
• 1 tsp white grape juice + herbsswapped

Directions

   Pour Canadian whisky, Cointreau, Pernod and Dubonnet Blanc into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes

   Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
