Casablanca (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1/2 oz coconut rum
• 4 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz coconut cream
• 1/2 oz grenadine syrup

   Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a collins glass

   Add grenadine, garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve unstirred.
