Bermuda Bouquet (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1 oz white grape juiceswapped — Warm for mulled drinks
• 1/2 tsp orange juice + orange zestswapped
• 1 tsp grenadine syrup
• 1 tsp powdered sugar
• 1/2 oz orange juice
• 3/4 oz lemon juice

Directions

   Pour the gin, white grape juice, orange juice + orange zest, grenadine, sugar and juices into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, and serve.
