Benka on the Rocks

Ingredients

• 3 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 2 oz lemon juice
• 10 oz chilled ginger ale

Directions

   Pour the apple cider + splash of vanilla and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a collins glass

3. 3

   Fill with chilled ginger ale, and serve.
