Bellevue (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 3/4 oz coconut cream
• 1/4 oz lime juice

Directions

   Shake over ice cubes in a shaker

   Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, and serve.
