Belle of Ellis Island

Ingredients

• 1 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
• 3/8 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/2 tsp orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
• 2 dash non-alcoholic orange bitters or omitswapped

Directions

   Pour the vermouth, apple juice + splash of vanilla, Cointreau, sugar and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake and strain into a cocktail glass

   Garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.
