Bellamy Scotch Sour

Ingredients

• 4.5 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 3 oz orange juice
• 2 oz lemon juice
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 dash non-alcoholic aromatic bitters or omitswapped
• 1 pinch ginger

Directions

   Pour the apple cider + splash of vanilla, orange juice, lemon juice, honey and non-alcoholic aromatic bitters or omit into a cocktail shaker

   Shake well

   Pour into an old-fashioned glass, garnish with ginger, and serve.
