Belgian Brownie (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1/2 oz peach or apricot nectarswapped
• 1 oz chocolate liqueur

Directions

   Pour the gin, peach or apricot nectar and chocolate liqueur over the ice cubes

   Fill with heavy cream

   Stir gently.
