Antibes (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 3/4 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
• 2 1/2 oz grapefruit juice

Directions

   Pour the tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract, benedictine and grapefruit juice into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice

   Stir well

   Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass, garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.
