Anisette Cocktail (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz anisette
• 1/2 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1/2 oz whipping cream
• 1/2 oz egg white

   Shake and strain into a cordial glass
