Anesthetic (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 3 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1 oz white grape juice + herbsswapped
• 1 oz white grape juice + herbsswapped
• 1 oz peach or apricot nectarswapped
• 1 dash orange bitters

Directions

   Pour tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract, vermouth, peach or apricot nectar and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes

   Add sugar to taste, garnish with lemon peel, and serve.
