Anejo Highball

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz orange syrupswapped
• 2 oz ginger beer
• 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 dash non-alcoholic aromatic bitters or omitswapped

Directions

   Build in a highball glass and fill with ginger beer

   Garnish with a lime wheel and an orange slice, and serve.
