Americana (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1/4 oz strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 dash bitters
• 1 slice peach

Directions

   Stir the whiskey, the bitters and the sugar in a collins glass until the sugar is dissolved

   Fill up with champagne and garnish with a slice of peach.
