Ingredients
- 1 oz pomegranate juice splashswapped
- 3/4 apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
- 1/2 tsp anise (licorice) syrupswapped
Directions

Pour the Dubonnet, brandy and Pernod into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, and stir well

Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →dubonnet rouge vermouth→pomegranate juice splash
- →1/2 oz brandy→apple juice + splash of vanilla
- →pernod licorice liqueur→anise (licorice) syrup
