Ingredients
- 3/8 oz almond (orgeat) syrupswapped
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 1 oz double cream
- 1 1/2 oz strawberry puree
- 1/3 oz strawberry syrup
Directions

Blend briefly in a cocktail glass with half a glassful of crushed ice

Garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →amaretto di saronno liqueur→almond (orgeat) syrup
- →white rum→pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup
