Hong Kong Fizz

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/2 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/4 oz honey syrup + pinch of warm spicesswapped
• 1/4 oz honey syrup + fresh mintswapped
• 1/4 oz honey syrup + fresh mintswapped
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 4 oz soda water
• 1/2 tsp caster sugar

   Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a highball glass half-filled with ice

   Add soda, straws and a muddler, and serve.
