Doctor Dawson

Ingredients

• 1 oz limeade concentrate splashswapped
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1 tsp superfine sugar
• 1 dash non-alcoholic bitters or omitswapped
• 1 egg
• 3 oz club soda

Directions

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the limeade concentrate splash, lemon juice, sugar, non-alcoholic bitters or omit, and egg

   Shake well

   Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Top with the club soda.
