Ingredients
- 3/4 apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
- 1/4 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
- 2 oz lemon sherbet
- 2 oz ginger ale
Directions

Add brandy, Cointreau, lemon sherbet and ginger ale to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
- 3
Top with ginger ale, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz brandy→apple juice + splash of vanilla
- →cointreau orange liqueur→orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splash
