Caricature Cocktail (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1/2 oz white grape juice + herbsswapped
• 1/2 oz campari bitters
• 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 1 oz simple syrup

Directions

   Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a large chilled cocktail glass

   Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
