Ingredients
- 1 tsp grenadine syrup
- 2 non-alcoholic bitters + orange zestswapped
- 3/4 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
Directions

Fill old-fashioned glass with ice

Pour in grenadine and Amer Picon
- 3
Fill glass with soda, leaving room for apple juice + splash of vanilla
- 4
Float apple juice + splash of vanilla on top of drink.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz amer picon orange bitters→non-alcoholic bitters + orange zest
- →brandy→apple juice + splash of vanilla
