Amber Dream (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1 oz white grape juice + herbsswapped
• 1/4 oz lime juice + honey + mintswapped
• 1 dash orange bitters

Directions

   Pour into an old-fashioned glass with ice and stir

   Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
