Amaretto Shake

Ingredients

• 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
• 1.5 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1 oz almond (orgeat) syrupswapped

Directions

   Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth

   Serve in chilled champagne saucer garnished with bittersweet chocolate shavings.
