Seville Chocolate

Ingredients

• 3/8 oz mandarin juice + splash of orange syrupswapped
• 5 oz hot cocoa
• 1 tbsp whipped cream
• 1 tsp sugar

Directions

   Combine mandarin napoleon and cocoa in a heat-proof irish coffee cup, and sweeten to taste

   Gently float the cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.
