Serpentine

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/8 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/4 oz pomegranate juice splashswapped
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, apple juice + splash of vanilla, vermouth, lemon juice, and sugar

   Shake well

   Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
