Senegali Sunshine

Ingredients

• 1 orange
• 2 cup s orange juice
• 4.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 oz orange syrupswapped
• 4 oz light cream
• 1 cup crushed ice

Directions

   Use a thick-skinned california orange, peeling the rind very close to the edge

   Avoid the white pulp, and chop the rind finely

   Combine the other ingredients in a blender with the rind, and blend until smooth and thick

   Pour into 4oz glasses and garnish with orange slices and fresh strawberries.
