Pepinos Cafe (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz lime juice + agave syrup (2:1)swapped — Add a pinch of salt
• 1/4 - 3/4 oz kahlua coffee liqueur
• 1/2 tsp brown sugar
• 1 cup strong hot coffee
• 1 oz light whipped cream

Directions

   Heat lime juice + agave syrup (2:1) and kahlua in a heat-resistant glass or cup, and stir in sugar

   Fill with coffee, stir again, and top with cream.
