Pendennis

Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
• 1.5 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped

Directions

   Dissolve the sugar in a few drops of water, in an old-fashioned glass

2. 2

   Almost fill the glass with crushed ice, add the bourbon and stir well

3. 3

   Garnish with a twist of lemon.
