Ingredients

• 1 oz kiwi syrup or kiwi pureeswapped
• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 4 oz pineapple juice

Directions

   Pour the kiwi syrup or kiwi puree, pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker with 5 ice cubes

   Shake well, pour into a collins glass, and serve.
