Ingredients

• 2 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/2 tsp white grape juice + splash of rice vinegarswapped
• 1 slice cucumber

Directions

   Pour white grape juice + squeeze of lime and sake into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes

   Stir well, and strain into a cocktail glass

   Garnish with a rind sliver of cucumber, and serve.
