Maraschino Cherry

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz almond (orgeat) syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz peach syrup or peach nectarswapped
• 1 oz cranberry juice
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1 dash grenadine syrup
• 1/2 oz whipped cream

Directions

   Pour the pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup, amaretto, peach syrup or peach nectar, juices and grenadine into a blender with two cups of crushed ice

   Blend until smooth

   Pour into a cocktail glass, and top with whipped cream

   Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
