Leo the Lion

Ingredients

• 1 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
• 3/8 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/2 tsp peppermint syrupswapped

Directions

   Pour the vermouth, apple juice + splash of vanilla and creme de menthe into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes

   Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
