Juan Blue

Ingredients

• 1/2 limeade concentrate splashswapped
• 2 oz orange juice
• 1 oz grapefruit juice
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1 dash non-alcoholic bitters or omitswapped
• 1 tsp orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped

Directions

   Pour tequila, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and non-alcoholic bitters or omit in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Carefully float the curacao on top by pouring over the back of a teaspoon, and serve.
