Hokkaido Highball

Ingredients

• 1 white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1 oz white grape juice + splash of rice vinegarswapped
• 1/4 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped

Directions

   Pour the Bombay gin and sake into a highball glass filled with ice cubes

   Add the orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splash, swirl and leave briefly to chill before serving.
