Hilgert Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
- 3/4 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
- 1/4 tsp maraschino cherry juiceswapped
- 1 tsp grapefruit juice
- 1 dash non-alcoholic bitters or omitswapped
Directions

Pour vermouth, white grape juice + squeeze of lime, maraschino, grapefruit juice and non-alcoholic bitters or omit into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
